Contact Left Limited provides the highest quality military, outdoor and security clothing, equipment and accessories to the public and direct to businesses and organisations.
Contact Left, 62 Stephenson Way, Formby Business Park, Merseyside, L37 8EG. Tel : 01704 831717. Please ring for the winter opening times. We have been trading since October 2006, online and at Altcar Rifle Range in Hightown, Liverpool.
Contact Left is a family run business and It was set up by a soldier who was teaching military promotion courses and noticed the lack of correct kit and equipment amongst his students and also the need for improved teaching resources.
The second partner used her extensive knowledge of teaching to help develop resources and ensure customer satisfaction.
Between them they have travelled extensively, both within the military and for recreational outdoor activities. Destinations include Vietnam, Norway (Arctic Warfare Training), Brunei (Jungle Warfare Training), Jordan (Desert and Mountain Training), USA (Combined Arms Training with the US Marines), India, Iraq (Operationally), Denmark, Sweden, Gambia, Kenya, Sierra Leone (Operationally) and all UK training areas with extensive time spent at Dartmoor, Brecon and Leek).
Between the partners they have passed a range of qualifications including All Arms Commando Course, Skill at Arms Instructor, Civilian Range Conducting Officer, Military First Aid Instructor, Military MLT, Honours Degree, Certificate in Education to name only a few. Both have studied at Masters level.
Currently one of the partners also lecturers in Expedition Skills, Outdoor Activities, Major Incident Planning, Teamwork, Uniformed Service Employment, Communication and Technology, Land Navigation and Map Reading.
The other partner handles the day to day running of the business including travelling and testing kit and equipment in her spare time.

Contact Left is committed to providing a wide range of kit and equipment from specialist military personnel to cadets and outdoor recreational enthusiasts. Contact Left welcomes bulk orders from large institutions and will ensure good discounts are given in these areas.
- Shipping & Delivery

All deliveries will be made within 14 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated within a products description. In stock items are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and should arrive within 7 business days.
Most Items are posted by Royal Mail and postage costs are worked out in direct relation to weight and packaging.
If you choose to have your item sent recorded or sent via special delivery mail, we will send you the tracking number on request. For larger orders a leading courier service may be used and again tracking information will be made available, Contact left ships Worldwide and will provide tracking information if you choose this option. If you require any other type of specialist delivery service please contact us (details below).
If at any time you are concerned about your order please contact us and we will do everything in our power to track the item and ensure it arrives at your location.
To ensure accurate tracking of goods Contact Left records tracking numbers both in written form and electronically.
Any delays in delivery due to the delivery service must be investigated as per the delivery company policy. No refunds will be issued until these investigations have been concluded.

We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.
When you place an order with us, we need to know your name, address, email address and card details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order. You have the option to withhold personal information that is not required for the order process.
We do not store or hold any credit or debit card details on our systems and all orders are processed using PayPal.

- Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with any purchase you may return it within 7 days, in original packaging and unused, for exchange or refund. International orders may return within 14 days.
Contact Left will charge a 10% restocking fee for all items that have been purchased through customer error.
A full refund will be given for any cancelled orders prior to us dispatching.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that we supply an item incorrectly a complete refund or exchange will be given.
Our return address is below and also will be clearly marked on all packaging that we send goods in, please use this address to return items (also below).
Contact Left fully understands that certain individuals and units will not want any details of the supplier on the outside of the packaging. If you do not want our details on the outside of packaging please contact us and let us know.
We recommend that all returns be insured, Contact Left will not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit. Please contact us and let us know before sending returns, also please include any details that may help us refund or replace with the returned item. - Orders Not Shipped: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible via email at [email protected]. Please note that cancellations are only possible before the order is shipped.
