RANK: CADET

Requirements: Minimum age of 12.

Responsibilities: Embrace the cadet experience, learn, and enjoy!

 

RANK: CADET LANCE CORPORAL

Requirements: Successful completion of the Army Cadet Syllabus (ACS) 1 star.

Responsibilities: Assist fellow cadets with their equipment, mentor juniors, and lead small teams.

 

RANK: CADET CORPORAL

Requirements: Achievement of ACS 2 star.

Responsibilities: Develop instructional abilities, lead larger teams, and manage parades.

 

RANK: CADET SERGEANT

Requirements: Accomplishment of ACS 3 star.

Responsibilities: Assume a senior role within the detachment, coordinate multiple teams, and cultivate leadership and management skills.

 

RANK: CADET STAFF SERGEANT

Requirements: Completion of ACS 4 star.

Responsibilities: Competent instructor, contribute to training planning, and hold a significant position within a group of detachments or "Company."

 

RANK: CADET COMPANY SERGEANT MAJOR

Requirements: Successful completion of ACS 4 star.

Responsibilities: Act as the senior cadet within a Company, mentor other senior cadets, and lead Company parades.

 

RANK: CADET REGIMENTAL SERGEANT MAJOR

Requirements: Attainment of the Master Cadet rank.

Responsibilities: The most senior cadet in a County, often involved in ceremonial duties within the local area.

 

RANK: CADET UNDER OFFICER

Requirements: Completion of Master Cadet and designation as a Staff Cadet.

Responsibilities: This esteemed position may be awarded to a cadet recognized for officer potential, a rare and honorable achievement!
