AustriAlpin Cobra buckles (patented) are, without equal, the world's safest, most finely crafted, and strongest load bearing quick release fasteners available.
The COBRAFRAME 18 kN re-threading buckle made of aluminum with a movable middle bar made of stainless steel and D-ring made of stainless steel corresponds to the ANSI Z359.12-2019 standard and convinces with 15 kN breaking strength on straight pull. In connection with the appropriate belt, however, we guarantee 18 kN for the buckle and 22 kN for the D-ring and indicate this accordingly in the technical data.
